    Chuck Leu is a Human Resources Executive with 20+ years of experience across compensation, HR systems, and operations. He holds an MBA and Master’s in Finance from UT Dallas, a Bachelor’s from UC Berkeley, and lectures at UT Dallas in organizational development.

  • Chris Kane

    Managing Partner

    Chris Kane leads Global HR Operations and Payroll at Obsidian, bringing deep expertise in payroll, benefits, SOX 404 compliance, and international HR systems. He has successfully managed global consolidations, centralizations, and outsourcing initiatives for client companies.

  • Jaime Ponce

    Principal

    Jaime Ponce provides bookkeeping and accounting services for small businesses, with over 15 years of experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance. He holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and brings a practical, client-focused approach shaped by years in both corporate and small business accounting.
